Thank you for being part of our community! We’ll be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving and back open on Plaid Friday, celebrating local small businesses (feel free to wear plaid). This week brought Families Feeding Families meal deliveries, BCAC Elf Program support, and a Grandma Moses-style tree for Habitat for Humanity. Field Day organic savings continue through December 3rd and our charitable efforts will remain focused on food insecurity. As December begins, we also honor National Veterans Month. That spirit came to life this week as we delivered Field Day organic staples (courtesy of our Nourishing Neighbors program) to the Berkshire Food Project. We were honored to attend the Best of the Berkshires celebration and receive the Best Organic Food award, a recognition we share with every shopper, farmer, and neighbor that helps the co-op thrive. Community care continues with Habitat for Humanity trees available at our service desk, and our penny social recipe baskets brimming with organic goodies.
