The Williamstown Farmers Market (WFM) activates a central community gathering space that facilitates the connection between local food producers and artisan craft vendors. The WFM's Community Essentials Initiative ensures that fresh, healthy food can be accessed by those in the community experiencing food insecurity through SNAP, WIC, Senior Coupons, matching programs which double amount that card holders can purchase, and a produce-buy-back program that supports farmers by purchasing leftover produce and eggs and delivering them to local food pantries.
