Strengthening Local Farms Through Community Support
Wild Oats Market is proud to partner with Berkshire Agricultural Ventures (BAV) - a nonprofit dedicated to supporting local farmers, expanding food access, and building a resilient regional food system.
Thanks to our shoppers, Every Penny Counts truly lived up to its name. Together, we raised $2,277.49 for BAV to strengthen local farms and increase access to fresh, local food across the Berkshires in March 2026.
BAV also recently received two federal USDA grants to help connect Berkshire-area farmers with institutions including local schools, colleges, hospitals, and correctional facilities. These investments are major steps toward a stronger, more sustainable regional food system.

Produced by a cooperative of nearly 1,000 small family farmers, this vibrant, aromatic olive oil is pressed at peak freshness for exceptional flavor and versatility - perfect for salads, sautéing, finishing dishes, or baking. Both 250ml and 500ml bottles are now available at Wild Oats Market in Williamstown, MA, with an in‑store tasting event featuring the Elkano team.
