Local Fire Cider Demo This Friday

This Friday from 3-6pm we'll be hosting Kara from Ahlbin's who will be sampling her local fire cider made in nearby Greenfield.

We're excited to be carrying her distinctive version of this traditional folk remedy, which blends raw apple cider vinegar with a spicy combination of healthful ingredients, including honey, ginger, onion, garlic, lemon, turmeric, horseradish, hot peppers, rosemary and black pepper.
