Changes To Our Mask Policy

A new message from our General Manager:

On February 25th, the CDC relaxed its mask guidance for communities where hospitals aren’t under high strain.

In light of this move, and recent downward trends in local average daily cases and positive test rates, I’ve made the following adjustments to our mask policy.

Starting Sunday, March 6th, mask usage for guests will be strongly encouraged (not required) and teammates and vendors will remain masked unless they’re fully vaccinated.

Those at high-risk are also encouraged to utilize our curbside pickup service.

Additionally, in an effort to further accommodate those individuals wanting a higher level of protection, all teammates on the sales floor will be required to wear masks between the hours of 8 and 9am.

Face masks will continue to be available at the customer service desk for your convenience. Please allow six feet of separation between yourselves and others while visiting.

I will continue to review CDC and local health authority guidelines and will make adjustments when need be (including the potential return of the mask requirement).

We’ll also continue to report positive cases among staff in an effort to be transparent and safeguard the community.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Please reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns at gm@wildoats.coop or (413) 458-5317 x13.
