Replying To Your Suggestions

At our co-op, there are lots of different ways for our shoppers and member-owners to share their feedback with our staff.

If you choose to use the suggestion box here in our store, our GM, Netse, will post a handwritten reply (along with your original suggestion) on our customer feedback board for everyone to see.

While we can't always accommodate every request, Netse reviews and replies to each one you submit and works with the rest of our team to make sure our guests are receiving the best shopping experience possible.

So, keep those suggestions coming!
