A PhD student at Washington University in St. Louis studying Earth, Environmental & Planetary Sciences, Niku has been passionate about fresh, homemade food since childhood. Raised without fast food ads and introduced to cooking at age two, she continues to garden, bake, and prepare meals from scratch.
