2021 Reflections: 232 New Member-Owners!

This week we're reflecting on some of our favorite highlights from 2021.

One of the things we're most excited about is the 232 new member-owners we welcomed to our co-op last year.

Anyone can shop in our store, of course, but our 1675+ active member-owners have equity in our cooperative and play a critical role in how we function as a community-owned business.

We often talk about benefits like a free piece of birthday cake, discounts and patronage rebates, but co-op ownership is not like a loyalty card program at a corporate supermarket.

It's a unique business model that allows us to operate one local, independent store with a distinct set of values. We are owned by our community and when you shop here you're supporting that community.

Do you have questions about how a co-op works or the ways it's different from your other grocery shopping options here in the area?

Stop in and ask us or check out the About Us menu on our site above for more information!
