Employee Of The Month

July’s Employee of the Month is a familiar face to anyone who frequents our colorful produce department, which has been recognized as the Best of the Berkshires for the past four consecutive years.

A longstanding member of our team, Josh’s role increased throughout and beyond the pandemic to include training new teammates, building creative displays that use our limited floor space more efficiently and ordering many of the fresh, local fruits and vegetables our customers love.

He’s also a notably steady and reliable presence in our store during a time when employee availability and turnover is an issue for every local business.
