New Cedar Grilling Planks

SAVOR THE BBQ FLAVOR

Cook with cedar planks to create rich, smoky flavorful meals

Prep the Plank

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place the soaked plank on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until it starts to smoke and crackle.

Season Your Food

While the plank is heating, season your fish, meat, or vegetables with your favorite spices and marinades.

Grill to Perfection

Place your seasoned food directly on the preheated plank. Close the grill lid and cook to desired doneness.

  • Fish typically takes 10-20 minutes.

  • Meat can vary from 20-40 minutes depending on thickness.

  • Vegetables usually take about 15-25 minutes.

Monitor and Enjoy

  • Keep a spray bottle of water handy to manage any flare-ups.

  • Cedar planks can be reused 2-3 times, depending on their condition. Check for excessive charring before reusing.

Safety First:

Always grill outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Never leave the grill unattended.
