Local harvest season is in full swing, and the co-op is stocked with great produce and more. This week’s Scoop includes fresh deals, upcoming events, a celebration of our Cookout Giveaway winner, and a thank-you to shoppers for supporting the Elizabeth Freeman Center through Every Penny Counts.
Our Prepared Foods team is also resetting the kitchen to improve daily production. As part of that work, the Hot Bar will be closed Thursday only, while Grab-and-Go items and the Salad Bar remain available. We’re also glad to share the series of free workshops and webinars offered courtesy of our friends at River Valley Co-op, along with a reminder to save the date for WildSmoke on October 17, and our Annual Meeting on October 21.
