Like many of our fellow co-ops, we distribute this survey every two years to help us better understand who our customers are, what our store means to them, how well we are (or aren’t) serving them, and their suggestions about where we go from here.
The results are always interesting and incredibly valuable for our staff to read and evaluate. We like to share those results publicly as well, so our General Manager, David, has compiled a PDF summary report that anyone can download and review.
This conversation will continue throughout the coming weeks as we address this feedback across various platforms.
