Thursday, July 17 4-6:30 pm and Thursday, July 24, 4-6:30 pm ā€“ We are delighted to welcome Mel, founder of Global Village Cuisine in White River Junction, Vermont, for a demo of his healthy, allergy-friendly, ready-to-eat meals, which capture the traditional tastes of African cuisine, with an emphasis on ancient grains, hearty beans, leafy greens; and occasional use of lean meats. Mel will be sampling his: curry vegetable samosas; chicken & spinach samosas; African no-nut vegan stew; Ethiopian vegetable & lentils combination; and his Kenyan sauteed kale with millet & brown rice. This sounds like a tasty demo making delicious use of healthy ingredients. We hope you can stop by to try Global Village Cuisine, now available in our grab nā€™ go case.
