Tuesday, June 17, 5;30-6:30 pm – join us for a class with Food Coach Yael Dolev, on how to put the bounty of summer to healthy and delicious use in your kitchen, simply and economically. BASICS+ is a class on how to prepare nourishing and delicious food for yourself, every day, while managing your time and your budget. Yael will discuss the many delicious, nutritious vegetables and fruits that are available in the summer, and how to use these fresh foods to enhance and add variety to basic menus. You will leave the class with tips and recipes that you can use all year long, and more confidence in your ability to prepare and enjoy healthy meals every day.

Ms. Dolev has over 25 years of experience in food science and nutrition. As a food coach, she teaches people how to sustain nourishing eating habits.

Ms. Dolev lives by her motto, which is also the name of her program: Enjoy eating and never diet again. “Many people think that nutritious food is tasteless, or that preparing nutritious food has to be time-consuming and expensive. Nothing could be further from the truth . . . My mission is to coach fun and simple techniques to enjoy eating delicious and nutritious meals that fit people’s daily routines.”

Cost of the class is $5 pp and all participants will receive a coupon good for $2 off the purchase of any fruit or vegetable item in the Wild Oats Produce department.
