Renee will discuss the connection between health and nutrition and the effect of different foods on our bodies and our health. Renee, who was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010, has helped thousands of people (including herself) through individualized cleanses that emphasize a plant based, whole foods diet. Renee will share her experiences and knowledge about diet and answer and will answer your questions about a plant-based diet. All are welcome; lecture is free but pre-registration is recommended.
